Race village

Located within Boultham Park the Race Village is right next to the start line and it's where the finish line is. Athletes come to drop off their baggage in the morning, soak up the atmosphere before and after the race, meet friends and grab a bite to eat and drink. Here's an example of what you'll find over the Race Weekend.

Baggage Drop

Help Desk

Massage & Physio

Medical

Runners are able to leave their baggage at the Baggage Drop prior to the race beginning. It will be clearly signed. Please expect to queue to drop/collect your baggage during peak times.

The Help Desk is manned by Curly's Athletes staff to deal with any issues you might have on the day, including race pack collection and Elite athlete queries. It is also the place to go if you have lost something or someone. So if you have any issues or questions just stop by and we will be glad to help.

We will be working with a local partner to provide runners with  the option of a post race massage and more information to be published soon.

Medical services will be located on the finish line and at the end of the finish funnel. If at any point you need help please make yourself known.

Catering

There will be a number of catering units serving a selection of tasty food.

Road Closures

Road closures will be in place in some areas of Lincoln. A full list of the road closures will be made available closer to the date.

As well as the necessary road closures for the event, there may be additional roadworks affecting traffic as you approach Lincoln. Please plan your journey in advance and allow extra time for delays or congestion.

Car Parking

Arrangements for car parking for runners will be made available closer to the time.

As part of the Lincoln City Half Marathon we want to celebrate the different communities which form the City of Lincoln, recognising the diversity of our neighbourhoods and the people who bring them to life. An event like this cannot take place for the safety of runners and residents without the closures of roads and we apologise for any inconvenience this may cause. Why not come out and support runners during their 13.1-mile journey?
